A R280 non-refundable registration fee is payable before interviews can take place. This fee applies once profiles have been sent to the client. If interviews are scheduled and the client cancels or no longer needs the service, the fee remains payable.
Clients may interview candidates at home, via WhatsApp video, or at a mutually agreed location. Please reimburse the nanny a transport rebate of R50 - R70 after the interview. For video calls, the nanny may require data support, which we can help coordinate.
After interviews, clients may trial a nanny for up to three days.
Daily pay is R300 – R350 (9-hour day, 8am–5pm), payable directly to the nanny.
Trial extensions cost R150/day, payable to the agency.
A nanny cannot begin permanent work until the placement fee is paid.
One-time placement fee: 10% of the nanny's total annual salary (includes transport and cell phone allowances).
Expected salary range: R7500 – R15000+ per month (full-time) or R4500+ (part-time).
Fee remains applicable if the client hires a candidate within 12 months of receiving a profile or interview.
Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. If unpaid, the nanny will be withdrawn until payment is made.
Valid for 90 days after start of employment only if full payment is made on time.
If no written feedback (SLA) is received within the first 15 days, the guarantee becomes void.
No refunds are offered, but one free replacement will be arranged if the relationship ends in the first 3 months.

Monthly rate: R1400 for each additional month (temporary only).
Payment is due on the candidate’s first day. Non-payment = candidate withdrawn.
If hired permanently after one full month, the temporary fee is deducted from the permanent placement fee.
If the permanent hire occurs after more than one month, no deductions apply.
